Create PSE Staffing
PSE Staffing, formerly Patricia Schultz Enterprises, approached Little Lauber Designs with a simple request. They had a WordPress.com blog, but an HTML site that was not as easy to maintain. The request was to integrate the two, while maintaining a very similar look to their current site (with a few added additions).
A New Marketing Push
At the time, they were also going through a name change/logo redesign, so working with their designer and management we were able to convert the site to WordPress and integrate the old blog posts along with their new logo. We created a new job entry form on the back end that gives all the pertinent information in an easy to view format. Potential clients seeking job opportunities now have the ability to upload their resumes right in the job posting form. The backend of the system let’s them track all the customer submissions and assures a quick response to inquiries.
As you can see below, we didn’t change the look too much from the new site, but we did bring a few call to action items more up front and to make easier for job seekers and job creators to find information. Below is the original view of Patricia Schultz Enterprises:
